Your future matters immensely to us. We want to give you everything you need to spark a fulfilling career: great work, impressive progress potential and quality rewards. And our investment doesn’t stop there. It’s our ambition to take our team-spirited, inclusive environment and keep making it better.
We are committed to being a positive force for good in the areas in which we operate, including our community, charity, Pro Bono work, Charitable trust and Environmental impact.
Make the connection
Nothing matters more than relationships. We’ve created many we’re very proud of – both nationally and internationally – with high-profile, top-tier organisations. This extensive client list has been built by working side-by-side with our colleagues to find the right solutions to hugely complex issues.
Today, it’s grown to include government departments, established brand names and FTSE 100 companies. From working on high-value deals and major corporate restructurings to high-profile defamation cases and landmark construction projects, as a trainee you’ll not only be involved in preserving and developing that network, you’ll make it your own.
Together, we achieve
We know that, wherever you choose to work, how far you go depends on the relationships you build. Your ability to develop those connections will determine the future of our firm. That’s why we’ve created an open working environment that facilitates communication, learning and collaboration amongst all our people, no matter whether they’re a Trainee, Associate or Partner. Here, we enable progress by sticking to a simple ethos: regardless of which path you decide to take within our business, you’ll never have to go it alone.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
We know just how high-calibre our trainees are. So we’ve put a lot of thought into the impressive all-round package we offer.
