It's all connected

It's all connected

Whether you’re a Trainee or a client, people and businesses choose us for the same reasons. We don’t just forge relationships, we invest in them and make them last. We don’t just build partnerships, we create working environments that allow them to flourish. From first approach to closure, from interview to qualification, on every deal, and in every contract, it’s all connected: we generate growth, understanding and achievement by working together.

Our clients

Join a thriving, international network

Over the past few years, we’ve established enduring relationships, nationally and internationally, with a varied and challenging mix of high-profile, top-tier organisations. Our extensive client list has been built by working side-by-side with our colleagues to find the right solutions to complex problems. Today, it’s grown to include government departments, established brand names and FTSE 100 companies. From working on multi-million pound deals and major corporate restructurings to high-profile defamation cases, employment disputes and landmark construction projects, as a Trainee you’ll not only be involved in preserving and developing that network, you’ll make it your own.

Career progression

Together, we achieve

We know that, wherever you choose to work, how far you go depends on the relationships you build. Your ability to develop those connections will determine the future of our firm. That’s why we’ve created an open working environment that facilitates communication, learning and collaboration amongst all our people, no matter whether they’re a Trainee, Associate or Partner. Here, we enable progress by sticking to a simple ethos: regardless of which path you decide to take within our business, you’ll never have to go it alone.

Rewards and benefits

Rewards and benefits

Mutually rewarding relationships, made to last.

We specialise in building profitable connections, with both our clients and our colleagues. Our ability to hold those networks together comes from the knowledge that each relationship has to have clearly communicated and compelling benefits, for both parties.
